This tourney falls under the Elite division. We will use paper rosters for this tourney so you nor your teams classification in B/C/D/E will be affected. NSA
is doing this to encourage all to play that want too without ramifications, I think its an outstanding idea.

All out of state teams must be approved by your state director for your classification. If your state does not have NSA, we will go by your state
classification in other associations.
